Building Ukrainian — TERWIN engages domestic manufacturers in the large-scale infrastructure project WINHUB
As part of the “Building Ukrainian” initiative, TERWIN invites ambitious and reliable domestic manufacturers and contractors to join the implementation of the WINHUB infrastructure project. All investments must remain in Ukraine, grow, and work for the benefit of the country.
The WINHUB project envisions the construction of over 1,000,000 m² of modern Class A logistics space in four key million-plus cities along major transport corridors between Ukraine and the EU: Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, and Odesa. The total investment amounts to $700 million. National retail chains EVA and VARUS will serve as anchor tenants.
“All investments must stay in Ukraine and multiply. Ukraine’s economic growth directly depends on large-scale national projects. They inject capital into the economy and trigger a multi-level wave of change. Every $1 billion in investment can contribute 0.5% to 1% to GDP. Logistics investment has a powerful multiplier effect: 1 hryvnia of investment can generate up to 7 hryvnias in economic impact and create around 20,000 new jobs. WINHUB can spark a major economic wave. For us, creating a multiplier effect is key. That’s why we prioritize Ukrainian contractors — companies that will build our logistics hubs. Our goal is to give Ukrainian businesses a boost and contribute to GDP growth,” said Ruslan Shostak, President of TERWIN Corporation.
