Due to team expansion, the HeroCar project — carforhero.com, which raises funds to provide 1,000 vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine — is inviting applications for the position of Corporate Client Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with large businesses, charitable foundations, and volunteers

  • Attracting donations from corporate partners, charities, and volunteers to supply vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

  • Managing communication with donors, responding to inquiries, and maintaining donor loyalty and motivation

“HeroCar” — carforhero.com is a project raising funds to deliver 1,000 vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We are looking for a Logistics Manager for Wheeled Transport to join our team!

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in goods delivery logistics (maritime, road transportation);

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure the best prices and discounts;

  • Proven track record in setting up and formalizing logistics processes;

  • Experience in procurement planning and budgeting;

  • Team player with strong communication skills, responsibility, and goal orientation;

  • Competency in analytics and use of analytical tools/software;

  • Solid experience working with inventory and logistics databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and implement global delivery channels for various categories of wheeled vehicles;

  • Build a comprehensive network of delivery channels for both new and used vehicles;

  • Secure optimal pricing for logistics services;

  • Develop a tracking and support system for each vehicle from dispatch to final delivery;

  • Organize internal transportation processes;

Grant Manager

Job Description
We are inviting a Grant Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for the full grant management cycle — from identifying potential donors and writing applications to reporting and monitoring compliance with grant requirements. This role involves close collaboration with the finance, legal, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new funding opportunities from international and local donors;

  • Preparing, submitting, and supporting grant applications;

  • Monitoring compliance with grant terms and timely submission of reports;

  • Communicating with donors and partners regarding funding;

  • Ensuring internal processes align with donor requirements;

  • Participating in negotiations, inspections, and audits related to grant programs.

Candidate Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Higher education (preferably in international relations, social sciences, law, finance, or related fields);

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in preparing grant proposals or managing grant projects;

  • Experience working in the NGO or humanitarian sector;

  • Experience working with international donors (e.g., UNICEF, UNHCR, Save the Children, USAID, EU, UN, UHF, GIZ, UK FCDO, etc.);

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken);

  • Ability to prepare budgets and financial reports;

  • Attention to detail and a high level of organization;

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently;

  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience participating in grant audits;

  • Knowledge of the Logical Framework Approach (LFA).

  • Cooperation with internal departments, consultants, and legal teams.

  • Ensuring project compliance with international standards (IFRS, ESG, compliance).
