Olha Shevchenko, executive director of the EVA chain, named among Ukraine’s Top 50 CEOs

Olha Shevchenko, Executive Director of the EVA and EVA.UA retail chains, has been included in the 2025 ranking of the Top 50 CEOs in Ukraine, compiled by TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest magazine and the business portal Delo.ua.

EVA is part of TERWIN, a corporation established to scale the successful experience of businesses through strategic projects that drive Ukraine’s development.

The awards ceremony took place during the Business Wisdom Summit, gathering leaders of Ukraine’s major companies across key economic sectors, including metallurgy, energy, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, food production, retail, logistics, finance, and media.

Shevchenko has led the EVA chain since 2010. Over the past year, under her leadership, the company opened 65 new stores and created nearly 700 jobs. Since the start of the full-scale war, EVA has invested about UAH 3.7 billion in business development, while over UAH 100 million has been directed, together with customers, to support Ukraine’s Defense Forces, civilians, and animal protection initiatives.

“In 2025, we plan to actively develop EVA.UA, including expanding our product range by at least 50,000 new SKUs and attracting more merchants to our marketplace. We also aim to open 60–65 new stores, including several EVA BEAUTY locations. We’re considering all regions for expansion,” said Shevchenko in an interview for TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest.

A total of 124 company executives competed for a place in this year’s Top 50. The selection process took place in two stages. In the first, Delo.ua readers voted online to nominate the most recognized leaders. In the second, an expert jury determined the final rankings based on leadership skills, crisis management, innovation, change implementation, and brand ambassadorship.
