We continue to share the achievements of TERWIN’s businesses. Today, we highlight VARUS.

The chain now operates 112 stores across Ukraine. In 2024, nine new supermarkets were opened, significantly strengthening its presence in the Odesa region.

One of VARUS’s key priorities is the development of online sales and the enhancement of its mobile app’s functionality. As a result, the number of unique app users grew by over 100,000 in 2024, reaching 320,000 monthly users.

Revenue from online sales in 2024 increased by 135.5% compared to 2023, while the average online order value rose by 12%.

VARUS actively expanded its private-label assortment, introducing over 150 new products in various food categories.

The company also continued its commitment to social initiatives. In 2024, it carried out numerous charitable campaigns as part of the large-scale "Childhood Without War" project. Throughout the project, VARUS, together with its partners and customers, raised UAH 28 million to support orphaned children. The chain also actively supported Ukrainian military personnel through the "HeroCar" initiative, donating nine vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

VARUS allocated UAH 1 million to help restore the Okhmatdyt children's hospital after Russian attacks and an additional UAH 1 million to purchase 3,000 FPV drones as part of the United24 "Night Inferno" initiative.

We are proud of these achievements and remain committed to further growth and expansion!
