TERWIN Corporation was established to scale the successful experience of businesses in strategic projects for the development of Ukraine. TERWIN is an association of 17 companies, headed by Ruslan Shostak. The Corporation includes EVA and VARUS trade networks.
TERWIN introduces uniform standards of corporate management, namely: transparency of economic activity, financial audit, standards in the field of recruitment, training and adaptation of human resources, social projects and much more.
The main task of the Corporation is to improve the efficiency of each business and remain an economic support for the state.
About 30,000 people are employed by the Corporation’s businesses. The volume of sales amounted to UAH 6,1 billion in 2025. Since the beginning of the war, UAH 796,000,000 have been allocated to humanitarian projects and assistance to the army.
