During URC, WINHUB representatives held 30 productive meetings with potential private investors and international financial institutions
TERWIN Corporation presented its large-scale logistics development project — WINHUB — at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC), the largest international event dedicated to Ukraine’s reconstruction, held in Rome. During the conference, the WINHUB leadership team held dozens of meetings with potential investors.
The international URC conference is one of the key platforms for discussing Ukraine’s recovery, presenting reforms, attracting investments, and strengthening partnerships between Ukraine and the European Union. This year’s event gathered more than 2,000 participants — heads of state, business leaders, and representatives of international organizations.
At URC 2025, TERWIN Corporation showcased the WINHUB project — a major logistics initiative designed to boost Ukraine’s economy and retail sector. This ambitious project envisions the construction of 1,000,000 m² of Class A warehouse facilities in strategic cities along the main Ukraine–EU transport corridors: Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, and Odesa. The total investment volume is estimated at around $700 million.
The project is set to become a driver of economic growth and a catalyst for the development of retail and logistics. WINHUB will create thousands of jobs, foster local community development, and generate new opportunities for businesses. A network of related enterprises and services is expected to emerge around these modern logistics parks.
“URC is an opportunity for Ukraine to demonstrate its capabilities. This year, investors and representatives of investment banks from around the world came to Rome. They see post-war Ukraine as a new growth source for Europe and multiple global industries. The task of Ukrainian business and government is to show foreign investors why Ukraine is worth investing in. There’s no quick path to big money — investors need real, solid projects. While the war continues, Ukraine faces challenges in being investment-attractive. Moreover, we still lack enough billion-dollar-scale projects. This is what we need to work on,”
— said Ruslan Shostak, President of TERWIN Corporation.
Development of the first phase of WINHUB — a major Class A logistics park near Kyiv — is planned to begin later this year. The company is currently forming a pool of partners and finalizing terms for project development.
WINHUB is designed to meet the highest international standards and is based on the principles of energy efficiency, sustainability, ergonomics, and ecosystem integration. This will strengthen Ukraine’s competitiveness in the European market and provide world-class infrastructure for business — something the country currently lacks.
The URC in Rome gathered world leaders, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, and other government representatives who reaffirmed their support for Ukraine and its recovery.
