
EVA recognized as a lovemark brand following a major consumer survey
On June 20, 2025, during the Ukrainian CX Excellence’2025 awards ceremony in Kyiv, the results of a national study conducted by 4Service were announced — identifying the businesses that have achieved Lovemark status in Ukraine.
Lovemark companies were selected through a large-scale consumer survey carried out by the international research agency 4Service, which specializes in projects aimed at evaluating and improving customer service quality. More than 17,000 respondents named their favorite brands across 14 categories. The EVA retail chain took first place in two categories — “Home Goods Store” and “Cosmetics, Perfume, and Personal Care Stores.”

According to the 2025 4Service survey, other customer favorites in Ukraine include Monobank, Silpo, COMFY, OKKO, Podorozhnyk, Nova Poshta, Kyivstar, Diia, Adidas, ROZETKA, Epicenter, and the insurance company TAS.
