Despite the third year of war and economic turbulence, the corporation continued to grow, scale projects, and increase assets. Today, TERWIN employs 20,000 people. Over three years of war, investments in development totaled 3 billion UAH. The corporation allocated 570 million UAH for army support and charity.

In 2024, TERWIN was ranked among the top 15 companies shaping Ukraine's future and among the top 10 successful investor companies according to DSNews ranking.

The corporation launched the WINHUB project, aimed at unlocking the untapped potential in Ukraine's logistics real estate market and taking the country’s logistics infrastructure to a significantly new level. WINHUB is a network of class "A" warehouses with a total area of 1 million square meters in four regions of Ukraine: Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, and Kyiv. The total planned investment in WINHUB amounts to 700 million USD. These are not just warehouses, but a full infrastructure and ecosystem for businesses, with no equivalent in Ukraine. Tenants will receive all necessary services in one location, including hostels, catering for employees, and auto service stations. The hub's design is based on principles of energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and ergonomics. This project represents Ukraine at international exhibitions. WINHUB is included in the Investment Guide of Ukraine by the Ministry of Economy and the KSE Institute, presented at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2024 in Berlin.

EVA and VARUS ranked among the top 50 largest Ukrainian investors during the war, according to NV. EVA invested 3.3 billion UAH in development, while VARUS invested 1.1 billion UAH.

Both networks are also ranked among the 200 largest non-governmental companies in Ukraine, according to Forbes. EVA's revenue in 2023 reached 21 billion UAH, with a profit of 2.1 billion UAH. In the first half of 2024, revenue amounted to 12.5 billion UAH, with a 36% growth rate (according to YouControl). In 2023, VARUS' revenue totaled 17.5 billion UAH, with a profit of 100 million UAH. In the first half of 2024, the network's revenue reached 9.6 billion UAH, with a growth rate of 14% (according to YouControl).

The businesses united under TERWIN not only maintained their positions but significantly strengthened them.

The EVA network opened 65 new stores and launched its first Beauty Salon EVA. By the end of the year, the network had 1,112 stores, almost equaling the pre-war number of 1,116. EVA processes about 20,000 online orders daily, and more than 8 million Ukrainians participate in the “EVA MOZAICA” loyalty program. During the war, the company invested 3.3 billion UAH in development and, in 2024, directed 32.5 million UAH to charitable initiatives together with its clients.

The VARUS supermarket chain expanded its presence by opening 10 new stores, including in the Odesa region. The network now has 112 stores across Ukraine and a DarkStore in Kyiv. VARUS is actively implementing digital innovations, with 300,000 people using its updated mobile app monthly. The company also creates new jobs and employs internally displaced persons (IDPs) — over 500 IDPs in Dnipro have found jobs in VARUS stores. The company employs around 8,000 people.

VARUS also supports the Ukrainian Armed Forces and charity projects: 9 pickups were sent to the front under the “Racing to Victory” initiative; 1 million UAH was raised for 3,000 FPV drones with thermal cameras under the “Night Hell” fundraising campaign; together with Happy Paw, 3.5 tons of pet food were collected in two weeks.

Ruslan Shostak's charitable foundation entered the top 50 largest Ukrainian foundations according to Forbes. In 2024, the foundation continued to implement two major projects — HeroCar and "Childhood Without War."

HeroCar raised nearly 60 million USD for purchasing vehicles. It transferred 150 more vehicles to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including a Griffon Barbara air-cushion vessel that meets NATO standards. More than 90 new partners joined the project, supporting and contributing to fundraising for new vehicles for the Armed Forces.

The "Childhood Without War" project was completed. After 1,000 days in Turkey, orphaned children returned to Ukraine.

At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Ruslan Shostak Charitable Foundation evacuated 3,500 orphaned children and their caregivers from frontline regions: Kherson, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk. They were all sheltered in Turkey, in hotels on the Mediterranean coast. The children received everything necessary for comfortable and safe living: 850 hours of additional educational classes and courses, 170 excursions and entertainment events, 5,200 sets of winter and summer clothing, and 3,300 pairs of shoes. In total, the foundation allocated 8 million euros for the project.

After nearly three years in Turkey, the children returned to a safe region of Ukraine, where they are undergoing adaptation. The next step is to find loving families for each child. For this, the foundation signed a memorandum of cooperation with the State Service for Children. "Childhood Without War" entered the Guinness World Records as the largest evacuation of orphaned children since World War II. The film “Save Generation UA” about the children of the project won dozens of international awards.

TERWIN finishes the year with results that confirm the corporation’s role as a reliable partner of the state and society in shaping the future of the country. TERWIN continues to strengthen the economy, scale projects, increase assets, support social initiatives, and create new opportunities for Ukrainians.
