On July 8, 2026, an awards ceremony took place in Kyiv as part of the HR Wisdom Summit 2026 to honor the winners of the rankings for best employers and best HR directors—rankings compiled annually by "TOP-100: Rankings of the Largest" magazine and the business portal Delo.ua.

The rating consisted of three parts:

  • The "Best Employers 2026" rating, which included the TOP 100 companies shaping a high-quality HR environment in Ukraine;

  • Special nominations for employers based on the evaluation of the editorial board of the magazine "TOP-100.Ratings of the Largest";

  • The "Best HRD" rating, which honored 50 HR leaders setting a new benchmark for the industry.

The winners of the employers' rating were determined by the results of an independent evaluation by an expert jury,taking into account online voting. The jury evaluated companies based on a number of criteria, including corporate training, development programs for young specialists, practices to improve employee well-being, automation of HR processes, reward tools, the level of corporate culture and internal communications, as well as support for mobilized employees and veteran reintegration programs.

To determine the best HRDs, following the voting by the Delo.ua audience, an anonymous vote by an expert jury was also held. HR executives were evaluated on criteria such as adaptability and change management, leadership in team building,originality and innovativeness of projects, authority and proactivity in the market, and the level of corporate culture and internal communications.

According to the results of the rating, Inna Pecherytsia, HRD of the EVA retail chain and EVA.UA, entered the top ten best HRDs in Ukraine, and the EVA store chain was included in the TOP 100 best employers of 2026.

Inna Pecherytsia has over 20 years of experience in human resource management. She has been leading the HR department at EVA since 2009. During this time, the company has become one of the largest employers in Ukrainian retail, established an effective corporate culture, and has been recognized three times in the rating of the best employers by "TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest," while Inna Pecherytsia has twice received the distinction of the best HRD. Under her leadership, projects aimed at automating recruitment and employee onboarding, digitalizing training programs,developing and training the team, strengthening staff service skills, and providing psychological support for employees have been implemented.
