Brief about the project

Brief about the project

In Ukraine, logistics contributes about 4% to the national GDP, while in neighboring European countries, it ranges from 6.5% to 10%. Compared to Poland, Ukraine lags in logistics capacities. Poland has 30 million square meters of Class A and B warehouse space, whereas Ukraine has no more than 3 million square meters as of 2023.

Due to shelling, 500,000 square meters have been damaged, and 350,000 square meters have been completely destroyed.

According to the latest research, Kyiv alone will need 500,000 square meters of warehouse space in 2024. Other regions will require an additional 500,000 square meters. EVA and VARUS networks will also need to increase their logistics space from 400,000 square meters to 600,000-700,000 square meters in the next five years.

That is why TERWIN has initiated a large-scale infrastructure project to build logistics hubs that will foster the growth of the Ukrainian economy and retail sector. The project involves over 1 million square meters of Class A warehouse space in four regions (Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kyiv). This will create an entire ecosystem that will set a new standard in the construction of logistics infrastructure in Ukraine.
