EVA is the largest national health and beauty retail chain and the leader of the drogerie segment in Ukraine. As of December 2025, the chain comprised 1,167 stores across the country, including 5 premium-format EVA BEAUTYoutlets, which offer an expanded selection of professional and luxury makeup and skincare, elite perfumes, and additional premium services.

Every month, EVA stores attract around 10 million customers. More than 8 million people are active users of the "EVA MOZAÏKA" loyalty program.

The company is actively developing its digital operations through its own marketplace, EVA.UA, which ranks among the top 3 e-commerce retailers in Ukraine's beauty segment. By the end of 2025, the platform's assortment reached 500,000 SKUs, with the online segment accounting for over 12% of the company's total revenue structure.

The EVA team consists of more than 14,700 employees. The company adheres to the highest standards of customer service and corporate culture. Concurrently, it implements charitable and social initiatives aimed at supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and addressing humanitarian needs.

In 2025, EVA reaffirmed its status as a socially responsible business, reliable employer, and industry leader. The company was included in New Voice's list of businesses systematically supporting Ukrainian society and defense capabilities since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, as well as its ranking of the largest private corporate and banking taxpayers. EVA was recognized as one of the top 100 employers in Ukraine by the "TOP 100. VARUS is a national supermarket chain operating in Ukraine's grocery retail market. In terms of revenue, VARUS ranks among the top five largest grocery retailers in the country.

As of December 2023, the chain comprised 109 stores across Ukraine, its own online store (varus.ua)—which has become a convenient service for mindful shopping—and an online grocery delivery service. In 2023, the company launched Ukraine's first innovative Darkstore in Kyiv to fulfill VARUS online orders.

The company employs over 7,000 people. VARUS adheres to the principles of sustainable development, actively supports charitable initiatives, and has already contributed approximately UAH 40 million to charity.

VARUS Performance Results for 2024:

  • Expansion: Opened 9 new stores over the course of 2024.

  • E-Commerce Growth:

    • The share of new customers placing their first online order reached 30% monthly.

    • Online sales revenue increased by 135.5% compared to 2023.

    • The average receipt for online orders showed positive dynamics, growing by approximately 12%.

  • Taxes Paid: The VARUS chain contributed UAH 1.756 billion in taxes to the state budget.

  • Private Label: Introduced over 150 new products across its private label (PL) lines.

Social and Charitable Contributions:

  • "Childhood Without War" Project: Together with partners and customers, VARUS raised UAH 28 millionduring its period of supporting the initiative.

  • Military Support: Donated 9 vehicles to the "HeroCar" project and contributed UAH 1 million to the United24 "Night Hell" fundraiser for 3,000 FPV drones.

  • Humanitarian Aid: Contributed UAH 1 million to rebuild the Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital following Russian missile strikes.

  • Animal Welfare: Allocated over UAH 300,000 for stray animal food.
