TERWIN businesses created over 1,000 jobs in 2024
The VARUS retail chain created 330 new jobs, EVA added 700, while the WINHUB logistics project is expected to generate up to 20,000 jobs in the future.
According to a recent large-scale labor market study by Forbes Ukraine, Ukrainian businesses created more than 22,000 jobs in 2024.
Despite ongoing challenges and economic turbulence, TERWIN businesses continue to grow and expand employment opportunities. EVA and VARUS are opening new stores, entering new regions and communities, strengthening their teams, and providing Ukrainians with stable work.
In 2024, VARUS opened nine new stores, creating 330 additional jobs — a 6% increase in its total number of supermarkets. Today, the company employs more than 8,000 people.
EVA expanded even further, opening 65 new stores last year and adding 700 employees. Its workforce now totals around 14,000.
TERWIN is also developing the large-scale WINHUB infrastructure project — a network of modern logistics parks in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, and Odesa. The initiative is expected to create up to 20,000 new jobs, providing a powerful boost to regional economic growth.
