TERWIN, developer of the WINHUB, signs cooperation memorandum with DELTA Ukraine at MIPIM 2025 in Cannes

The large-scale logistics development project WINHUB, implemented by TERWIN Corporation, has signed a memorandum of cooperation with DELTA Ukraine, a subsidiary of the international DELTA AG, during the MIPIM 2025 real estate and investment exhibition in Cannes.

At MIPIM 2025, WINHUB entered into a memorandum with DELTA Ukraine, a leading international architecture, engineering, and consulting company that provides a full range of construction and real estate services. Under this agreement, DELTA Ukraine will offer expert support in the development of next-generation WINHUB logistics parks, assisting with concept design and technical construction solutions.

The WINHUB infrastructure project is a large-scale network of Class A logistics hubs covering a total area of 1 million square meters across four regions of Ukraine. The planned investment amounts to approximately $700 million. WINHUB is a fully integrated infrastructure and business ecosystem with no equivalent in Ukraine. The project aims to create new jobs at advanced logistics facilities, fostering a network of related businesses around them. WINHUB adheres to the highest international standards, incorporating principles of energy efficiency, sustainability, and ergonomic design.

TERWIN presented the WINHUB project as part of the Ukraine at MIPIM initiative, which brings together leading Ukrainian companies and cities at a collective stand. For 20 years, Ukrainian participants have used this prestigious platform to showcase their projects, attract international partners, and support economic recovery.
