The TERWIN Corporation presented its major logistics development project, WINHUB, at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC), the largest international event dedicated to Ukraine’s reconstruction, held in Rome.

The URC is one of the key global platforms for discussing Ukraine’s recovery, showcasing reforms, attracting investment, and strengthening partnerships between Ukraine and the European Union. This year’s conference brought together over 2,000 participants, including heads of state, business leaders, and representatives of international organizations.

At URC 2025, TERWIN unveiled WINHUB, a logistics project designed to drive the growth of Ukraine’s economy and retail sector. This ambitious initiative envisions the construction of 1,000,000 square meters of Class A warehouse facilities in strategic cities along the main Ukraine–EU transport corridors — Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, and Odesa. The total investment volume is approximately $700 million.

The project aims to catalyze economic growth and the development of retail and logistics sectors. WINHUB will create thousands of jobs, foster local community development, and open up new business opportunities. Around these modern logistics parks, a broad ecosystem of related businesses and services will emerge.

WINHUB is designed to meet the highest international standards and is based on the principles of energy efficiency, sustainability, ergonomics, and ecosystem integration. This will enhance Ukraine’s competitiveness in the European market and create high-quality business infrastructure with no current equivalent in the country.

The URC in Rome gathered world leaders, including President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni, Chancellor of Germany Friedrich Merz, Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk, and other government representatives who reaffirmed their support for Ukraine and its recovery.
