The VARUS, together with its customers, raised funds and donated two cars for the "HeroCar" project.

Over the course of several months, VARUS customers who participated in the “Racing Towards Victory Together” campaign helped raise funds for vehicles urgently needed by our soldiers. One car was sent to the fighters of the 20th Separate Drone Battalion. This unit destroys the enemy in the Avdiivka, Kupiansk, and Lyman directions. The second car was given to the soldiers of an air defense unit operating in the eastern direction. Joining the campaign is simple—buy special products, and 1 UAH from each purchase goes towards acquiring vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These products include items from VARUS's own brands and branded bags. Additionally, small toy cars, replicas of those purchased for the army by the HeroCar team, are sold in the network. “Cars are extremely important for our soldiers because they are used by assault teams, for evacuations, and to transport equipment and ammunition. Given the short lifespan of vehicles in war, the need for combat vehicles is particularly acute,” says VARUS Marketing Director Anna Luganska.

The HeroCar project has been providing defenders with off-road vehicles for over a year, and everyone can contribute to this important cause. “The corporate values we often talk about are being tested for authenticity. Our actions now speak louder than words,” said Yevheniia But, CEO of the Ruslan Shostak Charitable Foundation. “In peacetime, businesses often competed. Today, they unite for a single goal—the end of the war in Ukraine. Studies show that about 60% of companies provide financial aid to the army and support their employees who are in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is important that the HeroCar project can help directly, supporting the specific unit chosen by the company.”
