Two Years of TERWIN: Remaining a Reliable Partner for the State and Society

17.11.2025

The corporation continues to grow, implement large-scale projects, set ambitious goals, and confidently move toward them. United, we remain a reliable partner for the state and society.

TERWIN represents around 30,000 people, UAH 5.7 billion in taxes paid for 2024, and UAH 4.8 billion in development investments since 2021. The corporation ranks among the TOP 9 largest donors among business groups according to NV, having directed UAH 600 million toward supporting the army and charity.

TERWIN's businesses are among Ukraine's largest taxpayers according to delo.ua — with EVA ranking 29th and VARUS 50th.

The companies are scaling up, investing in development, pursuing regional expansion, launching new formats, and broadening partnerships.

In the first half of 2025, EVA opened 29 new stores, bringing the network to over 1,140 retail outlets. EVA continues to invest in expansion, allocating UAH 800 million in the first six months of 2025. It is actively developing its marketplace and initiating a new e-commerce strategy: to become the ultimate online platform for women in Ukraine. The network employs around 14,000 people.

During the same half-year period, VARUS opened three new supermarkets, bringing its network to over 115 locations across Ukraine. The company has around 8,000 employees and more than 360,000 active monthly users on its mobile app. VARUS signed a cooperation agreement with the EBRD and received its first tranche of nearly UAH 630 million out of a total loan amount exceeding UAH 1 billion. The company was also included in the "100 Leading Ukrainian Companies" list by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the HeroCar program of the Shostak Foundation has delivered over 1,000 wheeled vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

TERWIN also implemented a vital project — the "Memory Square for Journalist's Day" — planting nearly 100 trees to honor media professionals who lost their lives during the full-scale war. The initiative won the PR Cases Competition by MMR — Marketing Media Review in the "Social Responsibility and Impact" category.

We continue to work, develop projects, support the economy, and contribute to a strong future for Ukraine.
