Ukraine's largest drogerie chain EVA expands its logistics capacity
25.02.2025
The EVA retail chain, part of the TERWIN corporation, has acquired the logistics complex DP SC Omega-1 Logistic in Brovary from the investment company Dragon Capital.
The acquisition of this facility is driven by the dynamic growth of e-commerce and the need to expand warehouse capacity for processing online orders at the EVA.UA online store.
Currently, EVA operates a large distribution center in Brovary with a total area of 43,000 sq. m, divided into a warehouse for the retail network (22,000 sq. m) and a warehouse for e-commerce (21,000 sq. m). The newly acquired facility has an area of 19,119 sq. m. After its refurbishment, EVA plans to dedicate its existing distribution center entirely to e-commerce operations.
"We plan to refurbish the facility acquired from Dragon Capital in the third quarter of this year. In 2026, we aim to relocate our warehouse that serves the EVA retail network in central Ukraine. We had to find a facility near our warehouse to retain our workforce in Brovary. The location of DP SC Omega-1 Logistic turned out to be ideal—we are simply moving people from one street to another," shared Olga Shevchenko, EVA's executive director.
The acquisition of the logistics complex reflects EVA's strategic development, adapting to market changes and strengthening its presence in the e-commerce sector.
TERWIN Corporation, founded and co-owned by Ruslan Shostak, is implementing a large-scale project to build innovative logistics hubs in four regions of Ukraine (Odesa, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kyiv) with a total investment of $700 million.
