VARUS wins award for breakthrough Initiatives and courage to Drive Change at the “Vchasno.Best” ceremony
The VARUS supermarket chain received an award at the annual “Vchasno.Best” ceremony in the category “For Breakthrough Initiatives and the Courage to Drive Change.” This special distinction is given to companies that go beyond process automation and truly transform their approach to doing business.
This year’s award brought together more than 300 companies from the medium and large business sectors. The focus was on the best digital solutions in e-document management, HR digitalization, software-based cash registers, cloud-based digital signatures, EDI, and electronic waybills. Winners were chosen by both an expert jury and the business community itself.
VARUS was recognized for its consistent digital transformation: the company is automating accounting, financial, and operational processes while actively implementing new tools — and doing so with a speed worthy of Ukrainian retail during wartime.
“For us, digitalization is a strategic tool. We implement solutions that genuinely simplify workflows, save resources, and enable us to reach a new level of management and customer service. That’s why this recognition is so valuable to us,”
— said Maryna Panina, Chief Financial Officer at VARUS.
The company believes that digitalization is not only about internal efficiency but also about building customer trust — ensuring simplicity, speed, and transparency. That’s why VARUS continues to invest systematically in its own digital services, mobile solutions, automation of partner interactions, and analytics to better understand customer needs.
The “Vchasno.Best” award annually honors companies that don’t just adopt new tools but help transform the entire culture of working with digital technologies. In addition to its business focus, the event also had a charitable purpose: this year, more than ₴50,000 was raised during the ceremony to fund “Steppe Watchers” surveillance systems for the 12th Special Purpose Brigade “Azov.” The total fundraising goal is ₴500,000.
