WINHUB has acquired a 26-hectare land plot in the Prystolychna Hromada of the Boryspil District, Kyiv Region, to construct the Class A logistics park WINHUB KYIV AIRPORT. The construction of the first phase of this facility is scheduled to start in the second half of 2026.
The acquisition of this new plot marks the next stage in developing the WINHUB logistics park network and scaling the project within the Kyiv region.
WINHUB KYIV AIRPORT is one of the key assets in this next-generation logistics park network. The total area of the park will span approximately 160,000 sq. m, with a total of four construction phases planned for the site.
The plot is located along the M-03 Kyiv–Boryspil highway at the junction of two key international transport corridors, E40 and E95.
Strategic Logistics Advantages of the Facility:
-
Direct access to the E40 highway, which forms the primary EU–Ukraine–Asia corridor;
-
Convenient connection to the E95 highway via the Great Ring Road;
-
Access to the ports of Odesa and northern regions;
-
Proximity to Kyiv: 12 km, and 14 km to the "Boryspilska" metro station;
-
Distance to Boryspil International Airport: 7 km;
-
Availability of a railway branch adjacent to the plot;
-
Convenient transport interchange for efficient flow distribution.
WINHUB KYIV AIRPORT creates a business ecosystem and provides access to a comprehensive pool of infrastructure and services to ensure seamless, efficient, and comfortable operations and leisure for all residents and visitors. A Welcome Center will be established on the park's territory, combining office, service, retail, and auxiliary functions.
The project is progressing according to schedule. By 2032, thanks to WINHUB, modern logistics parks with a total area of 1 million sq. m will be operating across Ukraine. Active negotiations with financial partners are currently underway. Package and tailored cooperation offers are being prepared for potential tenants.
"Since the beginning of the year, we have acquired our second plot out of the ten planned for the construction of logistics complexes under our WINHUB project. Against the backdrop of continuous enemy attacks on Ukraine's warehouse and transport infrastructure, such a decision might seem unusual. However, we are convinced that the future logistics potential of the country is being shaped right now. And we continue to invest in it.
WINHUB is not just about 1 million square meters of modern warehouse infrastructure. It is about new jobs, the development of related industries, attracting international capital, and economic growth. According to our estimates, every 1 dollar invested in logistics can generate up to 5 dollars of added value for the economy.
Ukraine must be built not after the war, but during the war. Every new investment today is more than just square meters or concrete. It is a signal to the world that Ukraine is not only fighting but also developing.
At the same time, Ukrainian business must become a point of support for Western investors—creating infrastructure, partnerships, transparent rules, and an environment of trust for international capital," noted Ruslan Shostak, President of TERWIN Corporation and Founder of WINHUB.
As a reminder, WINHUB recently acquired an 18-hectare land plot in the village of Mriya, Dmytrivka Territorial Hromada, Bucha District, Kyiv Region.
