The All-Ukrainian Customer Experience Award Ukrainian CX Excellence has announced the winners in 16 categories. The beauty and health store chain EVA, part of the TERWIN corporation, won six awards for innovative solutions and effective cases.
Ukrainian CX Excellence (UCXE) is the first independent All-Ukrainian Award for the best customer experience, recognizing outstanding achievements by companies in implementing best CX practices and effective customer-centric cases.
The goal of the Award is to recognize the efforts of teams responsible for customer experience in companies and the experts who help build exemplary modern CX in Ukraine and beyond. Among the nominees, over 90 cases from the largest market-leading companies in various industries were presented.
EVA became the winner in the categories: "Best Customer Analytics Practice," "Best Offline Customer Experience," "Best Innovative Solution in Customer Experience," "Best Customer-Centric Corporate Culture," and was recognized as "LOVEmark" in Ukraine by its clients and consumers.
The company also took second place in the "Best Anti-Crisis CX Practice" category.
