Investments in logistics are a priority for TERWIN

We are pleased to share our ambitious plans for developing Ukraine's logistics infrastructure. By 2030, we plan to construct modern logistics hubs in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and Dnipro, totaling $703 million. Our efforts are focused on creating energy-efficient facilities covering 400,000 square meters, half of which will be used by retailers such as EVA and VARUS, while the remainder will be leased out.
To implement this project, we plan to attract $242 million from investors during 2026-2027 and an additional $250 million over the following two years. We are confident that this will set new standards in the logistics sector and enhance the efficiency of our partners.
At the URC2024 conference in Berlin, gathering government leaders, international organizations, businesses, and civil society, we presented our WINHUB logistics project, which ranked among Ukraine's top 5 investment projects. WINHUB entails Class A logistics warehouses totaling 1 million square meters across four regions: Dnipro, Kyiv, Lviv, and Odesa. The project aims to create an energy-efficient, ergonomic, and environmentally friendly logistics complex with advanced infrastructure and innovative solutions.
The main goal of WINHUB is to enhance the efficiency of hub residents and introduce new standards in Ukraine's logistics sector. We see significant interest from Western investors in developing Ukraine's logistics potential as an active participant in the European market.
URC2024 focused on four key dimensions: Business dimension, Human dimension, Local and regional dimension, and EU dimension. All these dimensions are closely interrelated and form the basis of Ukrainian identity, national freedom structure, and financial prosperity.
The event brought together thousands of participants from various countries and hundreds of companies eager to contribute to the development of a new economic environment in Ukraine as part of the European community. The transformation currently underway in our country pertains not only to the economy but also to identity, consciousness, and approaches to business conduct. Ukraine is taking confident steps in its new positioning on the international stage, and we, Terwin Group, are proud to be part of this process.
